law firm located in Kansas City, Missouri, is seeking a registered
patent attorney or patent agent for its growing biotech practice.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates should have a degree in a biological science, at
least two years of biotech patent prosecution experience, excellent
writing skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple
long-term projects in a variety of different biotech areas, and be
familiar with the preparation of freedom to operate, non-infringement,
and invalidity opinions. Familiarity with PCT practice and foreign
patent prosecution is a plus.
