immediate opening and seeks a patent associate with at least five or
more years of experience and a degree in Electrical Engineering.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, drafting patent
applications, other prosecution related documents, and opinion letters.
USPTO admission required and Virginia Bar admission preferred. Client
contact, supervision of junior attorneys, travel and significant
