An immediate opportunity is available for an experienced Foreign Filing
Paralegal in the newly formed Needle & Rosenberg Intellectual
Property Practice of Ballard Spahr in our Atlanta Office.
Responsibilities include preparing and filing international PCT,
national and design applications, drafting related correspondence and
conducting electronic patent searches. The position requires excellent
communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team
environment. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience
(adequate knowledge of international patent filings is required) a
paralegal certificate, will be efficient, results-oriented, flexible
and available for occasional overtime work. Attention to detail, good
organization skills and ability to appropriately prioritize tasks will
be essential to your success.
