Qualifications:
Candidates must have a minimum of two years experience in patent prosecution and/or litigation. Candidates should also be registered to practice before the USPTO. While qualified candidates of all technical disciplines will be considered, backgrounds in electrical engineering and computer science are preferred. Computer Science candidates with significant experience in network design and in-depth understanding of layer 2 and above communication protocols are particularly preferred.
