Amin Hallihan, an IP/FDA firm based in Chicago, Ill., seeks associates and partners. Applicants must have at least 5 years of either:

• Primarily patent preparation and prosecution experience in the chemical arts (focus on pharmaceutical, food and dietary supplement-related patents) and experience managing/overseeing large patent portfolios; or
• Substantial  Hatch Waxman and patent litigation and counseling experience.

Portable book of business preferred.
