Klarquist Sparkman, LLP, a mid-size law firm focusing exclusively on Intellectual Property law, is actively seeking a Biotechnology patent associate or patent agent with an advanced degree in biotechnology, pharmacology, and/or life sciences for its office located in Portland, Oregon. Candidates should have superior academic credentials and 3+ years of experience in drafting biotechnology patent applications and opinions. Ideal candidates will have a Ph.D. or M.D. and possess excellent writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
