Ultradent is seeking an in-house patent attorney based out of our
headquarters. The successful candidate will focus on patent
prosecution and opinion work, including analysis of infringement and
enforcement situations. He/she will be responsible for management and
maintenance of our patent portfolio. Integration and close interaction
with our R&D department will be required.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of solid patent prosecution experience. A background in science is required (chemistry background is
preferred.) Candidates must have a Juris Doctorate degree. Candidates must also be admitted to the bar of at least one State in
the United States and must be admitted to the patent bar. The
successful candidate must have an ethos of excellence and honesty
/integrity, and be a team player.
