The Technology and Intellectual Property Practice Group of Warner Norcross & Judd seeks a patent attorney to join its busy and growing patent practice in our Grand Rapids, Michigan office. We have a special need for an attorney with an electrical background, but will consider other engineering backgrounds which include electrical training or experience. Technical areas include computer hardware, circuits and electronics work for a wide variety of businesses and industries. Projects include application preparation and prosecution, licensing and technology transfer, patent searching, infringement and validity opinions, and litigation support. The ideal candidate should have two to ten years of experience. No book of business is required.
