Fennemore Craig, a highly visible, western regional firm, is seeking an experienced patent attorney to join its Intellectual Property practice in either Phoenix or Denver. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to further develop a diverse intellectual property practice. Candidates preferably will have significant patent preparation and prosecution experience, along with a full-fledged, self-sustaining intellectual property practice. All candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, strong writing skills and professional recommendations, and a portable practice to complement the Firm's existing intellectual property practice. All technical backgrounds will be considered. Trademark, transactional, licensing and opinion work experience is a plus. Applicable bar membership preferred.
