Qualified candidates must possess the following:
• JD from an accredited Law School
• Must be admitted to practice in the State of New York and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office
• 2-6 years of intellectual property experience
• Patent prosecution and intellectual property litigation experience
• Superior written and oral communication skills
