The candidate must have 2+ years of patent prosecution experience in software,
computer science, or business methods. Preferred candidates should have at
least a master or doctorate degree in these areas.

actively strategizing and counseling for clients in all aspects of IP. The
ideal person should also possess some industry experience that can bring another
level of understanding and expertise. Besides having experience as a patent
