Agent with one or more years of patent prosecution experience for their office
in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have at least a bachelor’s degree in
electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science or equivalent.
Industry experience in those fields is a plus but not a requirement. The ideal
candidate will be licensed to practice before the United States Patent and
Trademark Office and have experience preparing and prosecuting patent
