is seeking a patent prosecution associate with 2-5 years of
experience to join the Intellectual Property Practice Group based in our Tysons
Corner, VA office. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in
developing creative solutions for protecting cutting-edge innovations, and will
have a technical background in electrical engineering, with additional
experience in software and/ or mechanical arts. Candidates should be registered
to practice before the USPTO, and preferably admitted to the Virginia Bar. An
entrepreneurial spirit and an interest in working closely with clients to apply
best practices in the strategic management of intellectual assets are a plus.
Previous industry experience also a plus.
