If we already are using PAIR, do we have to download Private PAIR 7.0 to use it? When does Private PAIR 7.0 go into effect? Does this have anything to do with the fact that the USPTO will discontinue support of Legacy Private PAIR at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time on 31 December 2006?
