Breaking News Has it that the TRO was granted!!

Dennis, how can you post a Halloween-related post and not choose In re Dembiczak?

TJ's post made me want to look up In re Dembiczak:

But, see, it took Dembiczak only 2 CONS, 2 appeals to the Board and an appeal to the Fed Cir to get a patent. Who said you need more than 2 CONs?
